Genova and Venice’s women shelter have asked us for a training. The first one asked us for tools to work with women, the second to work on prevention in schools. Since years, in straight contact with women shelters, we have developed many games, exercises and theatrical techniques that allow to work on trust, esteem, gender, power, power over but also power to, power with and power within. We have developed role plays, simple forum theatre scenes that allow survivors and students to practice together, resist scripts, roles and oppressive expectations and dismantle the culture that fuels violence.
