The UN’s International Training Center of the ILO has decided to launch a Campaign on Harassment using the Theatre of the Oppressed. The goal of this Campaign is to bring together all the Staff of the campus in order to define together all the issues that have to be tackled and the best procedures to do so. People will bring on stage the most common challenges they have to face on campus and they will collectively try to find out the best manner to tackle these challenges and the best policy to rule these situations.

The first week participants will participate in workshops on cross-cultural issues and gender based stereotypes. The second week all will be involved in a same workshop where the most common situations will be brought on stage, discussed. Strategies will be tried and shared and participants will vote for best practices, procedures and policies to rule the phenomenon.

A final Theatrical assembly will bring together all the Staff and Direction in order to share the results of the campaign and comunicate the Policies and Procedures that have been defined or confirmed by the project.
