Many of us have distanced ourselves from the sexism of past generations. But can we say that machismo no longer exists? Many of us are engaged in highlighting the machismo of the media, politicians, the school, etc., trying to change the system, the relationships, the attitudes of others. But when and how can we work on hidden machismo of our gestures, words, daily attitudes? Is there a way to do it in a fun, creative and dynamic way, starting from ourselves, without judgments or too many theories?

It is precisely the goal of the workshop organized by the Cinecittà Bene Comune network to involve men and women who are engaged in politics. First Lorenzo Gasparini will give us elements of critical reflection, then with Olivier from Parteciparte we will use games that allow us to deal with our more internalized sexism. No embarrassment, they will all be games and theater exercises that allow you to work on yourself without exposing yourself. A fun experience, not to be missed.
The workshop will take place at CSOA Spartaco, via Selinunte 57, from 6.00 pm and it is the last meeting of the cycle of workshops named “My name is not sweetness”, aimed at investigating the dynamics that underlie male violence on women.
