In northern Sardegna (Italy) Parteciparte will facilitate a workshop on how to de-construct the oppressive scripts and roles we often get trapped into. Where do these come from. How to get aware of them. How to make the single story meaningful for the community? How can we collectively change the scripts that push us into useless power relationships, in particular between men and women. Parteciparte will also bring a performance on gender based violence, where the audience will be allowed to intervene to try strategies, to create collective awareness and solidarity and to reinforce the local networks involved on this topic (women shelters, centre for men who have used violence with their partners).
