For the fourth consecutive year, the World Food Program in Rome asked us about training on harassment and consensus, at work but also in everyday life. We will use Forum Theater to explore the grey areas of consensus, the moments when a woman is not able or cannot say NO to a person who harasses her. Grey zones which are convenient for those who abuse and which often make women feel guilty if they decide to speak.

Forum Theater, with all its games, allows to explore, in a pleasant and very dynamic way, the different situations of everyday life where violence and abuse of power are hidden. It not only allows us to refine our knowledge of very complex situations but also allows us to train ourselves to intervene, to try out strategies of change in a protected framework, collectively.
