Which are the warning signs that a woman is being mistreated by her partner? How can we help her? Which attitudes are likely to make things worse and which ones can help her to talk about it?

We will explore these questions with our forum theatre “Amore mio”, on violence in intimate relationships, within the housing occupation “Spin Time”.

Using simple, fun and interactive theatrical techniques, we will build a protected atmosphere where to recognize and talk about different forms of violence experienced by the inhabitants.

The show is part of a project run by 4 women shelters and associations. It aims to identify immigrant and/or second generation women potential or declared victims of gender-based violence in contexts alternative to anti-violence services and to facilitate their taking charge by specialized staff of women and migrant shelters.

The show will be held at 19:00 in Spin Time, in Via di S. Croce in Gerusalemme, 55 and it will be open ONLY TO WOMEN.
