For the fourth edition we will run a training on gender roles and stereotypes in the Gender Academy of the International Labor Organization. What does the society impose us, as men and women, from birth, or even before? Which are the consequences on our choices, from the most intimate to the professional ones? What happens when we rebel against this “order” of things? How can we dismantle a system that prevents us from fully realizing ourselves? What can women do? What can men do? These are the questions we will face with about 150 participants from all over the world. We will stage the stories of the participants and then we will collectively explore and try possible strategies for change.
