Since 10 years we are involved in the Gender Academy that takes place in Turin. With participants from all over the world we will explore gender and inequality through games and theatrical techniques. We will stage gender based discrimination at work and rehearse change collectively. Because change is not the individual’s responsibility. We have to create opportunities for collective transformation and that’s why we will use theatre to create a common ground of understanding and try change together.

Two sessions will be offered. On the 27th of November we will explore participant’s stories. On the 4th of December we will bring scenes on sexual harassment to tackle these difficult and tricky issues in a safe, fun and protected framework.
